The New 2.0 Version of You, is The Self-Emancipation Of The Old You:
Life's tragedies, trauma, and challenging adversities may have knocked you down, but you can persevere, and transform into a new you - a better and more beautiful version of you; A stronger, more confident, and more resilient version of you.
Revivify means to restore back to life; give new life to; or revive; REVIVIFY is a new way of life- it's to reinvent yourself, or create a new and better 2.0 version of you. REVIVIFY is a lifestyle change and a new way of thinking and doing things.

If you're mentally prepared, then you will succeed in your journey. Think of your transformation process, as though you're planning for a life event. You have to organize yourself; make a list of preparations, get into the right mindset by eliminating distractions and focusing on the prize- which is, YOU. Do you remember the analogy- "Rome wasn't built in a day"? It's the same for any transformation- you must mentally and physically prepare for this change. You must strengthen your mind and soul; you must nourish, and pamper yourself; You must forgive yourself, and you must give yourself all the love, first and foremost. Note to self: The first month, I will start seeing changes in me; By three months, people will start seeing a difference in the way I look. After 6 months, my body, mind and soul will transform into a new and better version of me- The 2.0 Version.

The key to my successful transformation was routine, consistency, and repetitiveness.
Bodybuilders eat the same foods over and over for fuel and nutrition- not necessarily for taste. On the "Revivified" way of eating, you are on autopilot eating the same healthy foods over and over and over. It creates a habit and a new routine so you can allow your brain to focus on other things other than food. Along with proper nutrition, you must also strengthen your physique for your heart health. Not only should you nourish your body with the right foods, but you also need to strengthen your core to create a stronger and healthier version of you.
Meditate and pray for the strength to change. If you don't pray, then ask the universe for guidance and strength to change your old habits and to heal you from your struggles.
Read to make yourself a better person, partner, mother/father, or better employee. If there are self-help books out there- read them on any topic that pertains to you, for any area of your life that needs healing. Read Bible scriptures or any type of spiritual guide books. Read positive affirmations out loud and speak them over you. Read motivational quotes or read anything that will motivate you. Reading and meditating will help clear blocked and negative energy- It's important to get rid of anything toxic or negative that would interfere with your goal and focus. Nourish your soul with positive affirmations, prayer, and meditation to strengthen your soul.
