I am obsessed with the color pink, puppies, and donuts! (Who doesn't love donuts, right?) I love to help others and give a boost when needed. God knows, I've needed plenty of 'boosts' on this journey. I have seen a radical change in my life once I started focusing on the mind/body/soul connection. I'm a single mom of two teenagers who definitely keep me on my toes! It hasn't been easy as a single mom- but, I've learned ways to take my trauma and turn it into triumph. My passion is to help you do that too! “
